Shipping, Returns & Payment
*IMPORTANT* Our couriers are experiencing significant delivery delays due to social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. This may impact the delivery time of your order, thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
We use Kargo Express services to deliver your goods. Normal base shipping rate is 90 den +18% tax or FREE for purchases over 1000 den.
We try our hardest for a 3 day delivery. However sometimes things get tricky - if our product is temporarily out of stock, or if you live remotely, then it might take up to 5-7 business days. You can check your order status in your account, or just contact us and we'll let you know where things are at.
International delivery of our products is currently on hold due to COVID restrictions, however, please do contact us if you are interested and we'll see if we can find an alternative route for your delivery as we may have a distributor in your area.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to discuss a return or refund. While we do not offer an exchange, even for unopened items, we may offer a refund or a replacement item at our discretion.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of receiving them . We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.

Undeliverable products due to a customer providing incorrect address information.
Packages not delivered by an assumed delivery date.
Online purchases are made easy and secure with a selection of payment options, including Credit Cards via PayPal. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. In fact we never see any of the card number ourselves.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
You also have the option to pay in cash through our delivery service.
